My name is Meghan, but you can call me Meg. I'm 27 years old - and I'm shy. At first. Once I get to know someone, or am just rambling on the internets for all to see, I can really open up. Like, you can't get me to shut up if you pay me. ;-)

I'm originally a California girl. I will always call myself that, even though my family moved to the midwest in 1996!
I've been married to Drew since June 2nd, 2006.

Had our first baby, Mackenzie, August 11th, 2009 - it was a traumatic, yet beautiful, story of how God can work out all things for good.
We just sold our first house at the end of July. Now, we're in an apartment - quite an adjustment - for a few years while we knock out debt (dave ramsey) & save up to buy a new house the dave ramsey smart way. :-)
Hubby works for an awesome company - he's a software engineer - and works on a special website. Yeah, he's Mr. Smartypants. ;-) He loves it there and now we are so close to his office that he can literally walk to work in under 15 minutes!
We own one car. Yeah..
I love to dance, sing, write, play my guitar, play with makeup, & watch Phineas & Ferb videos with Mackenzie. (can I admit I love P&F??) I'm getting ready to sign up for a local tap class for fun and also going to put Kenzie in the "tiny twos" class for two and three year olds. I'd love to get her in gymnastics, too, because she was going crazy watching the olympics!
Last, but not least, I love Jesus! Walking by faith is tough, but it's something I am attempting to do. We are currently looking for a new church home, but once we find it, I'd love to get involved. God has blessed us immensely and I am so thankful.
